Who is GreenApple®
Campus?
GreenApple®
Campus is an educational not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization providing STEM
programming. STEM, Science Technology Engineering and Math, are key
21st Century skills. GAC began offering programs
in 2003. Each year our content team designs exciting
enrichment programs designed to challenge and engage kids. We continue to add programs and locations each year,
thanks to the positive results we receive from participants and parents. |
| |
What is our philosophy?
GAC
seeks to challenge program participants to stretch their capabilities
and creativity in a fun and interactive learning environment. We look
for staff who are motivated, enthusiastic, and share our vision for a
challenging, fun enrichment program. |
| |
Who
are the instructors?
GAC instructors are
invention and creativity
maniacs that love to build and can convey that enthusiasm to our
program participants. Some are current
school teachers or involved in university programs, pursuing
secondary degrees in education or educational technology. Others
have professional backgrounds using technology applications. All
staff go
through training, a background screening process as well as reference checks. |

At GAC we do not make kits.
Instead we work to challenge creativity and imagination with
interactive project based learning. Staff provides assistance,
instruction, sample projects, challenge projects and theme based
outlines. The exciting part of GreenApple
Campus is that each program will create a unique set of challenges, projects
and successes. |

Program
staff ratio
Our maximum participant to staff ratio is 8:1 for younger
participants, (ages 4 to 5), 10:1 for participants (ages 6 to 8), and 12:1
for older participants. |
